Cancellation Processing
In the direction to better service to the customers, to permit us enough time to deliver vegetables fresh & day to day used fresh foods within 24 hours of being picked from the farms, this website allows purchase orders to be placed online as displayed on the website and Mobile App. The ordered items are supplied to the customer within 24 hours. therefore it is not possible for us to cancel the order as it is processed immediately after receiving order and the items concerned comes in the processing channel immediately i.e. picking form the farms > washing > grading > quality controls > packaging > shipping.
Customers can add in the order by placing another online order. In case the cancellation of the order is inevitable, the customer can deny the acceptance of the ordered goods at the time of delivery itself. Our representative will refund entire amount if payment would have been already done online. But repeated cancellations from the same customer will record as bad customer behavior and will be subject to willful cancellations of orders. Such customers will be either debarred from the purchasing of our products or will not be allowed the facility of cancellation once the order is placed. In the said case, the customer's account will be blocked by the administrator.
